Since April Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been seeing each other, even though  know that Kim is still legally married to Kris Humphries. We also know that Kanye West is a busy man. Between his world tours, music videos, producing tracks, etc. it could be pretty hard for a random person to catch him for brunch, or to serve him papers to subpoena him to come to court. It seems that Kris Humphries is aware of this fact as well. Kris decided to have someone deliver the court papers hidden inside a Nordstrom bag as a decoy.
Sources say that Kim K. is interested in (doing things the regular way and) just getting a divorce but Kris has otherplans. Kris, on the other hand is looking to get the marriage annulled because he feels that the entire marriage was just a stunt for the Kim’s reality show.
In addition to West, he’s subpoenaed Kris Jenner, as well as NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, which produces all Kardashian reality shows. This was all unveiled during a court hearing this week. Kardashian and Humphries are due back in front of a judge on November 28, and an official trial date, should they not reach an agreement, will be set then as reported by MTV.
