If this bill passes you will be charged with a CLASS A misdemeanor for rocking bootlegged goods. You might be wondering what’s a bootlegged good. You know that Coach Bag you got for $25.00 off the street you could end up in jail if you live in New York.

Attention ladies who frequent the discount malls and shopping plazas that look like a front for something else; it is against the LAW.

In addition to having a misdemeanor of the tacky kind on your permanent record; offenders of this fashion crime can expect up to a $1,000 and/or a year in jail.

Councilwoman Chin is coming for the girls who rock out at the Greenbriar Flea Markets of the world.

Who am I kidding? This law would never ever make it in Atlanta. There’s not enough time in the day for the City of Atlanta Police to run behind the women and girls who frequent the discount malls for imitation Prada, Gucci, Louie, and Fendi.
