A former friend of NBA great Shaquille O’Neal is making some very explosive allegations in a new lawsuit. Robert Ross filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court last Friday claiming that Shaq had several gang members kidnap him in 2008. Ross’ lawsuit goes on to allege that his kidnapping was just one of the many criminal activities that Shaq orchestrated. Ross says the basketball superstar once asked him to kill a “renown record producer,” as well as a woman Shaq had allegedly “impregnated and paid for her abortion.” Ross also claims that O’Neal once plotted to break the shooting arm of an NBA player. Ross, who is seeking unspecified damages, doesn’t say if any of the alleged plots were ever carried out.
Shaquille’s attorney has since told TMZ that Ross’ claims are “pure fiction,” adding that Shaq won’t “dignify these defamatory allegations with a response.”
