Donald Trump isn’t the only man making this a difficult week for Star Jones. The former co-host of “The View” is being taken to court by her ex-husband for publicly discussing their marriage. Al Reynolds has filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County Court seeking 50-thousand-dollars in damages. Reynolds claims Jones violated a clause in their divorce settlement which said they would be forced to pay 50-thousand-dollars if either of them spoke negatively about the other in public.
Reynolds says the incident in question took place back in March when Jones went on “The Wendy Williams Show” and said, quote,
“The wedding was fabulous, but the marriage was kind of a booty.”
Star Jones and Al Reynolds tied the knot in 2004. They split in 2008. Star made reality TV headlines over the weekend when she was “fired” by Donald Trump on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice.” Do yall think he’s going to get the money?
