It is a brand-new year, Atlanta, and everybody is talking about getting healthy for 2019. New gym memberships, new meal plans, new goals — but FreddyO is starting with the basics: the water you drink every single day. In this video he breaks down the best drinking water for your health, because before the fancy diets and supplements, what you pour into your glass matters more than most of us think.
Walk into any store in the A right now and the water aisle will confuse you if you let it: purified water, spring water, distilled water and alkaline water with pH numbers all over the bottles. Everybody swears their bottle is the best one. FreddyO cuts through the noise and talks about what to actually look for, what he drinks himself and why staying hydrated is one of the simplest health moves any of us can make in 2019.
Think about it: water is in everything your body does, from your energy during the day to how your skin looks on camera. Swapping out even a couple of sodas and sweet drinks a day for water is a change you can feel, and it costs next to nothing to start. This is the kind of real, everyday health talk our community needs, right alongside the checkups, the health fairs and the conversations we are having all over Atlanta about taking better care of ourselves.
Press play, take notes and let us know in the comments what kind of water you are drinking in 2019. Here is to health, Atlanta — one glass at a time!
