Tameka Scott celebrated her 50th birthday with a party full of music. Darlene McCoy, Terrell Carter, Yanna and KeKe Wyatt all took turns singing for her.
A Birthday Party That Turned Into a Concert
Some birthday parties have a DJ. Tameka Scott’s 50th had a lineup. One by one, some of the most gifted voices in Atlanta stood up to sing for her, and the room turned into a full-on concert.
Gospel singer and radio personality Darlene McCoy brought her powerful voice, and Terrell Carter, known for his gospel music, showed why he is respected in the church world and beyond. Yanna also took her turn on the mic.
Then KeKe Wyatt did what KeKe Wyatt does. The R&B singer, known for “Nothing in This World” and her time on “R&B Divas: Atlanta,” can turn any room into a church service, and she did not hold back.
Celebrating 50 the Right Way
Turning 50 is a big deal, and there is no better gift than being surrounded by people who love you enough to sing for you. You could feel the love in that room all night long.
