Every boss should be like this. Dave Forgit, co-owner of Coldstuff Ice Cream in Blackstone, Massachusetts, went viral after posting a message on Facebook telling customers to stop yelling at his young employees.

The last straw came when a customer yelled at one of his teenage workers over the wrong price on a sundae. Forgit reminded folks that these are kids, a lot of them working their first job, and kids make mistakes. His message was simple: calm down, act your age, it is just ice cream.

The internet loved it. The post racked up hundreds of thousands of likes and comments, most of them cheering him on, and business has been booming ever since. The owners are hoping the extra love keeps the shop busy a little longer into the season.

As for the people who did not like the post, Forgit said he is fine if they don’t come back.
