Atlanta was still asleep. Usher was not.
Around 5:45 this morning, Usher popped up on Instagram from the studio right here in Atlanta with a surprise nobody saw coming — an early-morning session he simply titled “AM,” teasing THREE brand-new records and sending his comments into a frenzy before most of the city even woke up.
The titles everybody is talking about: “Roll That Dice,” “You Ain’t The Only One With Money,” and “Love at First Sight.” Three records, three different energies, one clear message — Usher is locked in and cooking at home.
He even followed it up with a shot from inside the booth: headphones on, beanie on, posted up at the mic with that focused look artists get when they know they’re sitting on something special. This wasn’t a casual studio visit. This was a man at work.

And let’s talk about the timing, because the timing is NOT a coincidence. The R&B Tour with Chris Brown is about to do something no tour has ever done — five nights at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, November 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11. We broke down the history those two are making right here.

So the big question writes itself: when the lights go down at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, is Atlanta about to hear “Roll That Dice” live for the very first time? A hometown crowd, a record the world hasn’t heard yet, and five different nights to pick the perfect moment — that’s the kind of surprise Usher has built a legendary career on.
New music on the way, a history-making hometown stand days away, and an Atlanta icon moving like he’s got something to prove. This week is about to be one for the books. Stay ready.
